Who does Ena Source work best with?
Small and mid market manufacturers who rely on a supply chain that actually works. Most of our partners source critical components, sub assemblies, or finished goods and want a team that treats their supply chain like it is our own. If you are between $5M and $100M in revenue and procurement is either a bottleneck or a cost center, we are probably a fit.
Do you hold inventory, or just source parts?
Both. For many partners we act as a distributor and hold inventory for their critical components. That lets us smooth lead times, improve inventory turns, and protect cash flow. You pull what you need when you need it, and we manage the upstream supply chain so the shelf is never empty when you need to ship.
What kind of savings should we realistically expect?
Most partners see 15 to 25% reductions on the components we help source, without sacrificing quality or reliability. Savings come from competitive sourcing, negotiated terms, and redesigned supply paths. We tell you upfront what is realistic after a short diagnostic.
How long before we see results?
Diagnostics and initial supplier mapping take two to four weeks. First pricing wins typically land within 30 to 60 days. Full dual sourcing and supply chain resilience is a 90 to 180 day arc depending on component complexity and certification needs.
Do you only source overseas?
Not at all. We do everything we can to source from American manufacturers first. When domestic sourcing is not possible or does not make sense for the component, the volume, or the economics, we rely on our trusted overseas partners to fill the gap. We actively build dual source strategies that pair reliable overseas capacity with domestic or near shore alternatives, so tariff policy or geopolitical weather never decides whether your product ships.
How are you different from a sourcing agent or a manufacturer's rep?
Sourcing agents and manufacturers' reps make their money from the supplier. Their incentive is to keep you with the supplier they represent. We make our money the way any supplier does. By supplying you parts. When we become your supplier for a component, we own the supplier relationship behind it. If a better supplier exists, we move to them. You see one landed cost. No separate consulting fee, no sales commission, no agent markup.
How does pricing and engagement work?
The most common way we work is by becoming your supplier directly — we take over the sourcing and supply chain on a defined set of components, hold the inventory, and you simply pull what you need. In that model we are paid on the components themselves, with no upfront fee and no monthly retainer. The initial diagnostic is always at no cost to you. For more complex engagements (project based sourcing, dual sourcing programs, or end to end SCM operations), we agree on scope and pricing upfront and keep it transparent and tied to outcomes.
What happens after I reach out?
